Our company, as does any contemporary company, must have values to be governed by and to let people know how to successfully be a part of the team. Boykin Management Company has determined a core set of values in which all associates should be aware. These values are considered and applied in all aspects of our performance and relationships with others.

Quality We have standards to achieve that constantly brings us back into focus. We do it right the first time.

Teamwork We start with communication and see to it that the interest of the company and our guests are served because individual wants and needs are second to the company’s goals and the guest’s expectations.

Competency We hire, train and perform in the top tier of skill, knowledge and all abilities.

Professionalism We behave correctly. We praise in public, discipline in private. We are courteous,  kind and caring. We deliver on our promises.

Candor We have an environment where people can say anything that they feel needs to be said and know that they are safe in so doing.

Efficiency We fix problems once. We will change processes or practices as necessary to continuously improve our product and services.

Fair Play Rules and policies are consistently applied to all people. There are no “playingfavorites” or “special deals” for anyone in our organization.

Fun We enjoy what we do. A sense of humor is a requirement. Laughing, smiling are encouraged and complimented.

Integrity We perform our job in the best interest of the company and our guests. We will refrain from “politics”, or actions that are solely in our own self-interest, harms another person or adversely affects our company.

Our company is unique. It is unique because of our history, our values, our commitment to each other and to our customers. We define that difference through our "Noticeable Difference" Service Standards.

Our "Noticeable Difference" Service Standards serve as guiding principles for our vision of guest and associate satisfaction and our values that define who we are.

Each of us is responsible to understand and perform our jobs consistent with the "Noticeable  Difference"  Service Standards.

Continuous Improvement: In all that we do, we should always be looking for ways to make it better. We should always ask ourselves "Is this the best way?" and share ideas with our departmental leaders.

Associate Involvement: A company is only as good as its associates and their level of involvement. Being involved is the best way for us to realize satisfaction from our contributions.

Manage by Facts: We can only make the "Noticeable Difference" when we know of and respond to the facts. Generalities do not target an issue. Gathering and managing by facts is a first step toward progress.

Customer Focus: How does everything we do impact our internal and external customers? We should always measure our individual level of service by our reaction if we were to receive the same service. Everything we do should have our customers in mind.
