SALES COMPENSATION PLAN -

Management Company is determined to lead the industry in compensation and
provide a superior sales incentive plan for its sales associates. The sales
incentive plan is designed to motivate, inspire, and reward associates.
THIS PLAN HAS NO CAPS IMPOSED IN THE
TOTAL INCENTIVE POTENTIAL FOR AN ASSOCIATE.
VACATIONS -
after only one year of service.
CONTINUING EDUCATION - Reimbursement
towards tuition costs for
courses approved in advance and in which a grade of A, B, or C is received.
ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES - All management associates
expressing desire for promotion and displaying qualities and skills necessary to

TRAVEL DISCOUNTS - Discounts for associates and immediate
family when traveling together.

Discounts available at all Boykin
