Boykin Hospitality operates hotels across the country and

Boykin Management Company (BMC) develops and operates
first-class, full & limited service hotels and resorts throughout the United States.
Since 1958 the company has built a leadership reputation in the hotel industry with a
solid foundation of experience in hotel operation, management and development. In 1968
Marriott Corporation appointed Boykin one of its first franchisees, which stimulated the
company's growth alongside one of the nation's largest and fastest growing hotel chains.
Boykin expanded with Marriott throughout the 70's and 80's. Today, with a strong history
of profitability and outstanding service as its foundation, Boykin operates under the
Marriott, Hilton, Radisson, Quality, Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn affiliations. In
addition, of the Company's franchise affiliated hotels it operates today, three (3) are
operated independent of a chain affiliation.
Boykin's
Purchasing Concepts (BPC) is a division of Boykin Hospitality which analyzes, designs and
implements procurement systems for restaurants, hotels, private clubs, colleges and
health-care facilities. Purchasing Concepts' proven system to reduce product costs and
increase staff efficiency - will analyze food products, chemicals and other expendable
supplies, evaluate available suppliers, take advantage of national discounts and pass them
on to our customers.
Spectrum
Design Services (SDS)
offers a variety of products and services. These include interior
design, purchasing of furniture, fixtures, and equipment; liquidations of existing
equipment; and contracting and supervision of installations for hotels, restaurants and
other commercial buildings.
Boykin
Hospitality's Hotel Recruiting Concepts (HRC) is the full service,
hospitality management recruiting and placement division which works with not only Boykin
managed hotel properties, but with other hotel management operators and hospitality
recruiting agencies that are not in direct competition with Boykin managed hotels. Visit

Boykin Lodging
(BOY) was formed in October
1996 and is a self-administered real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns hotels.
Serving both business and leisure travelers in the upscale to moderate price segment of
the hospitality market throughout the USA. The hotels are leased to separate operating
companies and generally operate under franchise agreements with premier, nationally
recognized hotel chains including Doubletree®, Marriott®, Radisson®, Holiday Inn®, and
Hilton®.
